AI and is gradually edging out humanity one chat at a time.
Ai is not a differentiator - simply ‘having AI’ does not set a company apart.
The differentiator is how AI is applied and used, that is :
- Tuning AI for specific industries e.g. healthcare or education etc
- Embedding AI is business workflows e.g. enhancing customer experience and engagement
- Unique data insights (banking, research etc)

Failure isn’t final—it's a masterclass. The lessons learned from Maduqa fueled smarter decisions, reminding me that progress often rises from the ashes of bold beginnings.
A friend who's a former British military officer told me that when he was training soldiers in jungle warfare they were taught that if they got lost in the jungle, the first thing they should do was to brew a cup of tea and think about what to do next.
Overreliance on AI-generated suggestions can limit human creativity. We might lean too much on machine output instead of exploring our unique perspectives. Use AI as a thought partner, not a crutch—blend human intuition with AI insights for truly innovative results.
