Me too. Mine was untreated depression in addition to being overweight my whole life. I’m 63 now. I found a good doctor at 49 so my depression is treated. However the bad habits that started in my teens are hard to change. Baby steps. I’m doing better. I understand. We owe it to ourselves to give a damn. Hugs 🤗
