I'm really sorry but after decades of being wakened by Radio Scotland I
can't take it any more and have moved to Radio 4. I find the inane chat of the presenters to be really off-putting. I will definitely miss Out of Doors though

@nurseybird1 I saw a man sitting outside Tesco . I asked him if I could get him anything from the shop. He asked for a meal deal please as he hadn't eaten for almost 2 days. He was so grateful I was embarrassed for it was such a small thing for me but everything for him
