@imbankke yesterday I called your customer care quite frustrated since my prepaid card was no longer topping up once I had topped up my card via M-PESA. This had happened several times in the last one month, and I requested to speak to someone who would fix my issue.

A Mr Clement picked up my issue, and promised to follow up until resolution. I didn't have much faith in what he said, since this is what the previous customer care agents had said they would do.
However, he actually did follow up, got the issue resolved... @imbankke
@imbankke there is something broken about your MPESA prepay card. Previously I would top it up via MPESA and the funds would reflect in 10 min. Now, I need to call your call center for your technical team to act on it. It has happened the last 3 times. Something is broken.
