Utd hasn't won the pl in 14 years, not been in ucl final/ semi for 15 years. It's fair to say utd should be doing a lot more than them, the opposite is happening

We are taking an average of 3 weeks to make 1 signing(even those with a release clause), using that math we should expect 1 more, 2 at best which is not enough
Also the more we wait, the higher likelihood we overpay since clubs will know we are becoming desperate
