One of the very first things that made me fall in love with Pogoń was the passion and loyalty of the fans and supporters, but just as importantly, the incredible people who work inside this club.
They don’t just wear the badge on their shirts, they wear it in their hearts.
They are my compass when it comes to tradition, history, and the values this club represents. They are not afraid to speak up. Not afraid to challenge me. Not afraid to say no.
And I absolutely love and adore that.
A few weeks ago, I shared my vision ideas and dream of creating something truly special with our locker room and the match gallery.
This team went above and beyond. They convinced our @stspolska partner to contribute something meaningful to the match gallery, and we are deeply grateful for that.
When it came to the dressing room, everyone knew the reality, our own budget was tight and limited.
Yet they believed in the idea & vision. They embraced the idea. And then they took it to another level and perfected it.
They volunteered their time, energy, experience, creativity, and imagination. They worked long and crazy hours, including weekends. No excuses. No complaints. Just pride.
The result? Poland’s best locker room, and very likely one of the best in all of Europe. I truly believe that.
These are some highlights of those crazy sailors and their magic.
You guys absolutely rock, and I am honoured to be working alongside you to build something truly special.
By forcibly intercepting and blocking the Madleen, Israel has once again ignored its legal obligations towards civilians in the occupied Gaza Strip. The crew were unarmed activists and human rights defenders on a humanitarian mission.
They must be released immediately and unconditionally. They must also be protected from torture and other ill-treatment.
As the occupying power Israel has an international obligation to ensure civilians in Gaza have sufficient and safe access to food, medicine, and other supplies indispensable to their survival. Instead, and as part of its calculated effort to inflict on Palestinians in Gaza conditions of life designed to bring about their physical destruction, it has consistently and deliberately impeded the provision of impartial humanitarian assistance for civilians in desperate need.
During its voyage over the past few days the Madleen’s mission emerged as a powerful symbol of solidarity with besieged, starved and suffering Palestinians amid persistent international inaction. However, this very mission is also an indictment of the international community’s failure to put an end to Israel’s inhumane blockade. Activists would not have needed to risk their lives had Israel’s allies translated their rhetoric into forceful action to allow aid into Gaza.
States must act now or risk complicity in Israel’s grave violations of Palestinians’ rights.
Smutno i serce boli 💔😭
Panowie, czegoś zabrakło, coś się skończyło.
Tylko ten kto widział Waszą ciężką pracę przed, wie ile przeszliście.
Ciągle wierzę że lepsze nadejdzie, że jeszcze wiele przed nami.

Dear Pogoń Szczecin Family,
I am thrilled to share with you my first update as the official owner of our esteemed club. This communication reaffirms our commitment to transparency and engagement with all of you—our passionate fans, dedicated staff, valued sponsors, and esteemed stakeholders.
Ownership Confirmation
As of last night, I am pleased to announce that our ownership transition has been officially completed and accepted by the brokerage. Our journey together is now official. While we are in the early stages, I promise that you will be proud of the organization we are going to build and the values we are going to represent. This is an exciting chapter for me, for Tan Kesler, and for the entire organization, and we look forward to this once in a lifetime opportunity and challenge.
Financial Stability and Infrastructure Improvements
In the last 17 days since we signed the contract on March 14, 2025, we have taken significant strides to ensure the stability and future success of our club. While this is good, we still have a long way to go.
Player and Staff Wages: We have cleared three months of outstanding salaries for our players, coaches and team staff, totaling nearly 9,000,000 Zloty. This crucial step not only fulfills our commitments to our team but was also essential for securing our UEFA and Ekstraklasa licenses which was in serious doubt and complete jeopardy prior to our arrival.
Debt Clearance: We have eliminated approximately 18,800,000 Zloty in debts and liabilities. This comprehensive effort included but not limited to settling all outstanding energy bills from 2024 and clearing 3,480,000 Zloty in loan interest payments due to various lenders and previous investors.
Supplier Payments: We've paid off 1,612,668 Zloty in pending invoices from 2024 and 2025 for suppliers, trades, contracts and utilities, ensuring our relationships with business partners are maintained and strengthened.
Legacy Debts: We addressed 955,000 Zloty in debts to former coaches and players and settled and fully paid an 860,000 Zloty outstanding transfer fee to OUD-Heverlee Leuven Football Club for Cojocaru, critical for our UEFA licensing. There is no additional money now owed to this club.
Additional Settlements: Payments were also made for the Łęgowski transaction amounting to 215,000 Zloty and a sell-on fee to Brighton for Kozłowski of 247,000 Zloty, which included obligations to the Baltyk Academy. These fees were from several years ago but now fully paid. I'm excited about the opportunity to further strengthen our longstanding relationship and collaborate closely with Baltyk Academy.
Operational Efficiency: The contracts with three cleaning companies have been terminated and are transitioning to a more efficient model of inhouse. Our stadium, facilities and academies will be cleaned by our own staff. By increasing our cleaning staff from 10 to 20 full-time employees, we not only enhance the cleanliness of our facilities but also save over 1,100,000 Zloty annually.
These financial actions were made possible through equity investments and interest-free loans provided by me, which will eventually convert to equity. This approach underscores our strategic direction towards making Pogoń Szczecin a debt-free and financially robust club.
Global Partnerships and Community Engagement
We are actively engaging with several teams to organize friendly matches for the upcoming summer. Specifically, we have approached five teams: two in Brazil, one from the English Premier League, another from Turkey, and Persepolis from Iran—the team I have cherished since my childhood and continue to love deeply. We are eager to bring Persepolis to the beautiful country of Poland, a move that would undoubtedly draw numerous Persian fans living in Europe to travel and watch these games.
In parallel, we've begun negotiations with a global powerhouse for the naming rights of our stadium. These discussions, once finalized, are expected to significantly boost revenues for both our club and the city of Szczecin. This effort aligns with the commitments we made to the city and Mayor, part of an agreement that not only allowed us to negotiate these rights but also includes sharing a portion of the revenue with the city. This strategic move promises to create mutual benefits, reinforcing a win-win scenario for our club, the city of Szczecin, and the country of Poland.
Looking Ahead
Our ongoing focus will include improving operational efficiency and reviewing existing contracts, with immediate attention turning to our catering services. I believe that we can offer the best food and drink experience in our stadium, which will not only enhance the matchday atmosphere but also contribute significantly to our club’s profitability.
This journey towards financial health and debt elimination will take approximately 6-9 months, but I am extremely confident in our collective ability to achieve these goals.
Thank you for your continued support. Together, we will build a future for Pogoń Szczecin that honors our rich legacy while embracing innovation and efficiency.
Warm regards,
Alex Haditaghi

To orędzie to żart.
