@pnbindia What is the process to update KYC if one is away from home branch city. My mother wants to update her KYC from Bangalore with home branch in Delhi. Your helpline and branches in Bangalore asking her to visit Delhi to just update KYC. Is it the only way you have?

I have raise innumerable reports regarding their calls but they always have a different number to call again.
