@airtelindia This looks like a serious service lapse, if not fraud.
My broadband connection was upgraded to Air Fiber without my consent, and as a result:
- My static IP address was removed
- My landline number was discontinued
- Now I’m being told these cannot be restored
Why was this change done without analyzing my requirements or taking approval? These services were critical for my usage.
I spoke to customer support, but the response was simply: “It cannot be enabled anymore.”
This is unacceptable. I need:
Clear justification for this unauthorized upgrade
Immediate resolution or rollback options
Accountability for the disruption caused
Kindly address this urgently.
