@Azeem_Majeed I love A&G but it is used inappropriately. It shouldn’t be used to triage referrals. As a GP I know if I would like my patient seen/spoken to/ investigated but I also know when all I need is advice.

New plan

Private GP services asking patient GP practices to refer will be charged an admin fee for the used GP practice time and delaying the patient treatment time for all requested NHS referrals.
