@originalalms is launching on Robinhood Chain, and what caught my attention is that they already have a working product live before the mint.
That’s a pretty big difference in a space where projects usually mint first and build later.
The game uses a 5x5 board where the Sheriff takes out one row and one column each round. The 16 remaining glades survive and pay 1.5625x, giving the game an expected return of exactly 1.00.
But the interesting part is what happens with the fees.
75% goes into a weekly pool for the players who lost the most, while 25% goes to the treasury. The top 50 on the Loser Leaderboard split the pool pro rata, with payouts in ETH or USDC.
Fair odds, a live product before mint, and a system built around giving something back to the losers.
