Extremely disappointing first experience with @roborockglobal

I ordered a premium vacuum directly from Roborock, paid in full immediately, and was told to expect delivery within a few days. Instead, my order has been stuck in transit for over 15 days with no meaningful updates.

As a first-time customer, this experience has been extremely frustrating, and I cannot recommend doing business with this company. @roborockglobal is this how you treat your first-time customers?

After waiting more than two weeks, I finally requested that my order be canceled and fully refunded because I had completely lost confidence that it would arrive.
To make matters worse, Roborock offered only a $20 refund if I continued waiting. @roborockglobal

The biggest issue wasn't even the shipping delay bt it was customer service. Every email I received was a generic template saying they were "following up with the carrier." No one could explain why the shipment was delayed, provide an estimated delivery date, or offer a real soln

My @Uber driver was a surgeon in Venezuela who came to the US b/c of political unrest. He’s doing everything he can to provide for his daughter and not once was he down on himself. In fact, he was happy/singing the entire ride! I think this is my little reminder: be grateful 🙏

@NatashaNDave Being a final year med student, I had the responsibility of conducting a fun art class for the first years to teach them anatomy & histology from our #Nephrology point of perspective. It was fun! Art is an amazing medium to teach & they learnt so much! #WorldKidneyDay
