Literally decided to start learning how to trade properly last year and I didn't trust any cex after the ftx debacle. Looked around for perp dex's to trade on and tried dydx, vertex, gmx, drift and then Hyperliquid. Wouldn't have heard about Hpl points program in the early days if it wasn't for friends and chads that i follow on CT. Started using it and loved it from the start. Smoothest experience ever and i can honestly say I'm a better trader now 1 year later and i did it all on Hyperliquid. When you use a good product and love it then you just continue to use it whether there's farming opportunity or not. Safe to say me learning how to trade has paid off massively with this huge $HYPE airdrop.
Only in crypto is stuff like this possible. How do you even explain to normies the insane opportunities in crypto? Whoever is reading this and missed out. all i can say is, keep grinding and keep planting them seeds. Rewards will find you.
Thank you @HyperliquidX@chameleon_jeff ❤️
S/O to @poopert_tweets & @Teeznutz11 for making me aware of Hyperliquid early ❤️
I never thought I’d personally experience something like this. On the evening of October 24th, I was drugged by a partner at @DWFLabs at a bar in HK. I have reported this to the local police and have collected video evidence of him spiking my drink.
wanna make a puppet meme? gotchu

some thoughts in case you're trying to make sense of runes rn:
(these are just my opinions, i could be wrong, meow)
1. sorry if this offends anyone but i think the big one is going to be @rune_coin. i feel comfy saying this because at this point there's no way for anyone to get exposure to it until it's airdropped, so i can say this publicly without affecting the market.
this is also why i think it's going to do well. there's no way to get exposure and hasn't been for a while, people who wanted it couldn't buy it, unlike the rest of the pre-runes who have been liquid for a while now. i think it'll melt faces once distributed.
2. the other big pre-runes (runestones, prometheans, pups, wzrd) are imo great candidates for eventual CEX listings, but probably not all of them, and probably will take longer than people expect. for those who like active trading, it might be wise to take advantage of the pre-airdrop liquidity and sell those now, buy back when hype dies down a bit (also i might be midcurving).
the reason i think these might underperform relative to (1) is because they've already been liquid for a while with pre-rune ordinals and brc20s. many of the people who wanted to buy them already did (while people who wanted to buy runecoin couldn't). in the immediate term there's execution risk with the migration, disillusionment risk as holders realize that migration to runes doesn't instantly make them risk, and market structure risk as runes are actually more difficult to trade than pre-runes ordinals are.
if you're not trading actively, i think they're safe to just hold until CEX listing assuming you're diversified between them (don't think they'll all be listed but too early to tell which ones will) and are ok with waiting for a while and holding through volatility.
(also if rune coin launches extremely strong it probably drags the rest of the pre-runes up as well)
tldr for (2), i'm bullish on this category but right now might not be the ideal time to buy. if you're ok with riding the volatility and being patient, they're great bets.
3. many of the first 100 runes have most/all of their supply premined. to me that signals that those are teams that are preparing for airdrops. as the days go by and hundreds of thousands of new runes are etched, the first 100 will find it easier to grab attention. that's when you'll start seeing those airdropped.
i think the alpha for those is holding blue-chip jpeg ordinals collections (nodes, omb, puppets, cats). when airdropping a desirable rune from scratch, i think these are the best candidates to receive them. they're strong communities, with true ordinals believers who've been through a lot. the high ticket price for those collections serves as "proof of work" for new airdrop teams: it shows that holders have a long-term view and are not hungry for short-term liquidity.
i'm not just making things up here, this is supported by past evidence. the 2 biggest runes airdrops so far were airdropped to these 4 blue chips:
*the promethans airdrop (currently worth almost $5,000) was sent to 100% of quantum cats holders (i think the strong cat community + limited 3,333 supply helped there). the other ordinals blue chips (nodes, puppets, ombs) also received above-average allocation.
*same ordinals communities also received the chonkiest allocation of RSIC, imo for similar reasons (cats didn't, RSIC was airdropped before the cats were launched). the RSIC miners were mining runecoin, which imo is likely to become early winner as discussed in (1)
tldr if you're serious about playing the bitcoin ecosystem you need the blue chips in your wallet
4. probably a good idea to hunt for open mints. these can pop up and gain traction very fast and at any moment. find a group of friends and start scouring the chain. make sure you do the math and only mint when the implied market cap based on the fees you're paying makes sense.
lots of wins can be had in this category imo, but the drawback is that you'll have to be locked in 24/7 to find those, ride them, and sell them in time. if this sounds like fun to you, you're probably going to enjoy the next few days.
my opinion on premines for this category: don't overthink it. these are short-term bets for high stake degens. in the short term it doesn't matter if the issuer has 5% or 30%. if they start selling you're screwed either way lol. maybe some of those hit escape velocity, if that happens you can start worrying about the premined supply then.
5. what if this all sounds cool but you don't want to be glued to the screen and trade all day? i actually think the ordinals blue chips are again underpriced here. not only are they future runes airdrop magnets as described in (3), they're also profit magnets that attract the winners in runes.
when (some of) the ordinal degens win the runes casino games, they will put their long-term liquidity into (1) btc and (2) their favorite bitcoin jpegs. these are the prized assets that they want to own with a long-term outlook (no, they don't view RECYCLE•THE•CUM as a long term investment).
give or take minor volatility, i think most of the degens already did all of the blue-chip jpeg selling they were planning to do to get liquidity for runes aping, and it's basically up only for the jpegs from here.
the blue-chip jpegs are also very insensitive to high-fee environments. it doesn't matter if bitcoin fees go up 100x, the price of the blue chips is high enough that fees don't make a big difference when trading. the smaller collections (and runes and brc20s) are very sensitive to high fees and liquidity can take a hit just as attention is high, paradoxically.
overall the based ordinal jpegs are a very easy way to bet on the success of the runes ecosystem
that's all, meow meow meow
