@Microsoft oh my God. I have Microsoft business and cannot get any help. I contacted Microsoft because of fraud and the account rep told me to go online and submit a ticket. I have not been able to use my account because they cannot fix my password issue.

@Instacart worst experience ever received a delivery confirmation for today and did not receive notification the order was changed to Tuesday. Asked to cancel my membership and was denied but offered $5 for the inconvenience. It is Christmas and I do not have groceries.

@ComenityCS What is confusing is how am I charged interest if I paid the account in full? I want to find out who I contact; it does not feel right to be charged interest on a paid-in-full account. Has anyone had this happen?

@ComenityCS I am disappointed to get a 30-day late after paying my credit card in full on the due date. It was $2.50 interest which was removed. Now FICO score has dropped and I do not know who to talk to address this issue.

@FlyFrontier I had the worst experience ever. messaged with chat to get my TSA precheck added to my boarding pass. It was added but my boarding pass had an error when I tried to retrieve it. I missed my flight because of the horrible terminal agent.

@FlyFrontier @FrontierCare - this wild pass has got to be the worse. You book the day before but there is no availability and you have the maximum amount of layovers and I spent $1200 for 2 passes during the initial offer. I keep having to purchase tickets at full price.
