@Kickers_Gaming @chooseliberty @Doowan_ you can only transfer excess damage. Its manditory to deal the exact amount of damage as the might of the first unit to be able to assign damage to the next.

This is why you cant play Imperial Decree and say "I deal 1 damage to this 4M, and 1 damage to that 3M" and kill w effect

cuz if its unfair to those players, then its also unfair to the rest of the playerbase whose intuitions abt this effect, building accordingly, then being told "actually you cant do that until next set"

If this was the only reason really then just keep this old rules for THIS specific tourneys instead of forcing the entire playerbase to play and learn a ruling that will only change to its actual intended interaction come a few months.

Why not change now? We have both RQ Sydney & the Suzhou Minor this weekend and it would be disruptive and unfair to players who have already been playing under this guidance from their local judges if we were to implement this change now. (3/4)

@davetron Ya'll really need to get it together this is a PHYSICAL card game, NOT a digital game where you can just casually release patch notes. PLEASE be more clear and definitive with wordings and rules because constant rule changes only make the game hard to get into.
