3 ماہ تک لاپتہ کرنے کا قانون انوکھا نہیں بلوچستان میں پہلے ہی بلوچوں کو 20 سال تک لاپتہ کرنے کا قانون موجود ہے اور اس پر عمل بھی ہو رہا ہے، بلوچستان میں فوج کی ہر دہشت گردی قانون ہے، جو چاہیں جب چاہیں سادہ صفحے پر لکھ کر کسی صوبیدار کے ہاتھوں اسمبلی بھیج دیں دستخط و اسٹیمپ کی بھی ضرورت نہیں،
بلوچوں کے کامیابی کی یہی نشانی ہیکہ اس نے ریاست کی فوج کو سیاسی پارٹی بننے پر مجبور کردیا ہے، فوج کی سرپرستی میں سیمینار و جلسے ہو رہے ہیں، بس پریشانی یہ ہیکہ بلوچ عوام نے ان کے پروگراموں کا بائیکاٹ کیا ہے۔
بی وائی سی نے قوم کو متحد کردیا ہے، اتحاد برقرار رکھنا قوم کی زمہ داری ہے،

#Pakistan🇵🇰 Disturbing reports persist of Baloch students vanishing in Balochistan and other parts of Pakistan, highlighting a systemic campaign against ethnic Baloch youth.

Mahjabeen Baloch, a University of Balochistan student, has been missing since May 29, 2025. Just days earlier, on May 24, her brother Younas Baloch was allegedly abducted by security forces.

The crackdown on Baloch students by the Pakistani military-led regime has escalated following demonstrations in Quetta, where authorities detained several activists, including prominent peaceful voice Mahrang Baloch. In a separate incident, Javid Musafir Baloch, a Karachi University law student, was reportedly taken during a police and counterterrorism raid on his home on April 23. Another student, Guhram Ishaq, was detained outside Quetta’s Civil Hospital on April 24. Neither has been seen since. The feared Pakistani intelligence agency 'ISI' is believed to be orchestrating these raids, and subsequent disappearances of Baloch students.

International Human Rights Foundation urge Pakistani officials to launch immediate, transparent investigations into these forced disappearances, reveal the students’ locations, and free them unconditionally. Perpetrators must face accountability in fair trials. Such actions violate Pakistan’s commitments under international human rights law.

🇵🇰 Alarming reports of the continued disappearance of Baloch students in Balochistan and across Pakistan speak to a pattern of targeting students of Baloch origin.

Mahjabeen Baloch, a student at the University of Balochistan, has been missing since 29 May 2025. Earlier on 24 May, her brother Younas Baloch was forcibly disappeared by security forces.

The clampdown by authorities on students has intensified after protests in Quetta, which resulted in the arrest of Baloch activists including Mahrang Baloch. Javid Musafir Baloch, a law student at Karachi University, has been missing since a raid by police and counter terrorism department officials, as per eyewitnesses, at his residence in Karachi on 23 April, and another student Guhram Ishaq was picked up outside Civil Hospital Quetta on 24 April. Their whereabouts remain unknown.

Amnesty International calls on the Pakistani authorities to conduct prompt, thorough and effective investigations into the enforced disappearances, disclose the whereabouts of the Baloch students and immediately release them. Those deemed responsible for these disappearances should be brought to justice through fair trials. The practice of enforced disappearances runs contrary to Pakistan’s international human rights obligations.

بلوچستان میں جبری گمشدگیوں اور ماورائے عدالت ق��ل کا سلسلہ جاری

28 فروری کو مشکے کے ایک گاؤں پر فورسز نے چھاپہ مار کر آٹھ بلوچ نوجوانوں کو ان کے اہلِ خانہ کے سامنے حراست میں لے کر جبری طور پر لاپتہ کیا۔
2 مارچ کو سہ پہر تین بجے، ان میں سے چار نوجوانوں کامران علیم، معراج، مومن اسلم، اور حفیظ کی لاشیں ایک ویران مقام پر گولیوں سے چھلنی حالت میں برآمد ہوئیں۔
باقی چار نوجوانوں کے لواحقین نے ان کی زندگیوں کو لاحق خطرات پر شدید خدشات ظاہر کیے، جو بعد میں درست ثابت ہوئے—چند دنوں بعد ان چاروں کی مسخ شدہ لاشیں بھی علاقے میں پھینکی گئیں۔

5 اپریل کو مشکے سے مزید تین جبری لاپتہ افراد کی لاشیں برآمد ہوئیں، جنہیں جعلی مقابلے میں قتل کر کے لاشیں پھینک دی گئی تھیں۔

اسی روز بارکھان سے تین نوجوانوں حق نواز بزدار، شیرو بزدار اور گل زمان بزدار کی لاشیں برآمد ہوئیں اور انہیں مختلف اوقات میں جبری طور پر لاپتہ کیا گیا تھا۔

6 اپریل کو بلیدہ کے علاقے گردانک میں فورسز نے صبح سویرے دو نوجوانوں محراب ولد رحمدل اور خان محمد ولد ہیبتان کو ان کے گھروں سے حراست میں لیا اور چند گھنٹوں کے اندر ہی تشدد کا نشانہ بنا کر قتل کر دیا۔ دونوں ��وجوان آپس میں کزن تھے۔

اسی تسلسل میں، خضدار کے علاقے باغبانہ میں فورسز نے تین افراد کو مقابلے میں مارنے کا دعویٰ کیا۔ ان میں سے ایک کی شناخت 28 سالہ عبدالمالک ولد محمد یوسف کے طور پر ہوئی، جنہیں 11 اکتوبر 2024 کو تربت سے جبری طور پر لاپتہ کیا گیا تھا۔

7 اپریل کو، نادر بلوچ ولد شیر محمد، جنہیں پہلے ہی فورسز کی حراست میں رکھا گیا تھا، ان کی لاش تابوت میں بند کرکے اہلِ خانہ کے حوالے کی گئی۔

8 اپریل کو پنجگور میں پیش آنے والے ایک واقعے میں فورسز کی فائرنگ سے بہادر شفیع نامی شخص جاں بحق، جبکہ سہیل، شاید اور فرحان نامی تین نوجوان زخمی ہو گئے۔

ایک طرف بلوچستان کو ایک اجتم��عی قتل گاہ میں تبدیل کر دیا گیا ہے جہاں روزانہ بنیادوں پر لاشیں برآمد ہو رہی ہیں، وہیں دوسری طرف ان سیاسی نمائندوں، کارکنوں اور آواز بلند کرنے والوں کو نشانہ بنایا جا رہا ہے جو ریاستی جبر اور انسانی حقوق کی پامالیوں کے خلاف آواز اٹھاتے ہیں۔
ماہ رنگ بلوچ، بیبو بلوچ، گل زادی سمیت مت��دد سیاسی کارکنوں کی گرفتاریاں اسی ریاستی خاموشی کو قائم رکھنے کی کوششیں ہیں۔

بلوچستان میں بڑھتی ہوئی جبری گمشدگیاں اور ماورائے عدالت قتل محض انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزی نہیں، بلکہ یہ پورے معاشرے پر گہرے زخم چھوڑ رہے ہیں، زخم جو صرف انصاف سے بھر سکتے ہیں، ظلم سے نہیں۔
