Well, it looks like Truist Financial (via Infosys) has pre-leased ~661K sqft at Mindspace's redeveloped B8 in Hyderabad.
Combined with another ~800K sqft lease from another GCC, Building 8 (1.7Mn sqft) is now reportedly 84% pre-leased.
MSN seems to have decided to go fully commercial on its new plot at Knowledge City, Raidurg.

Rajapushpa West Avenue, a ~3.6 million sq ft Grade A office project in Kokapet, is nearing completion.
Once fully operational, it is expected to accommodate over 20,000 employees.
The project seems to be in the final stages now, but it remains to be seen how quickly it attracts tenants.
Latest Status of the Raheja–Brookfield Mall & Office project opposite IKEA. This is likely to be Hyderabad’s first true luxury mall, with a planned 14-screen multiplex
