Very disappointed with @AmericanAir . I booked a round trip flight months ago and was looking at my itinerary and noticed my flight has been moved up 3 1/2 hours!! I can’t make the new time of departure due to my work schedule. I work where appts are booked a month in advance!..

I called @AmericanAir to see what other flight options they had and nothing later. I asked if I could just keep my returning flight and they Informed my I would have to cancel my whole reservation and rebook just a returning flight which is now 3x times then my round trip ticket.
