Any way to get @Ask_Spectrum to actually fix these random latency spikes in their upstream network? Continuing to waste your tech's time by having them test the signal to my modem isn't going to do it. I see it regularly hit 1000-1500ms, always an upstream router.

@CORYBARK3R @FedEx It didn't walk away, @Fedex delivered it to the wrong house... Again. Anytime @fedex is supposed to deliver something here, we've come to understand there's only about a 50% chance of them actually getting it here on their first try.
