Most people don't get past 1, the rest spiral into complacency after 4.
The 2-4 hours you spend scrolling each day (or 730-1460 hours each year) is more than enough time to write a book, build a business, or get in shape. In the moment, it seems like nothing. That's why it's so dangerous. Your time disappears without you being conscious of it.
There is no pill that can engineer the human spirit.

All they have done is taught you how to be scared.

How to be hesitant.
How to hide, doubt and delay.
Which is why sometimes you just need to say fuck safety and do it anyway, and if it goes wrong, then so be it, because at least you aimed for the stars, launched yourself at the heavens, and dared to risk yourself in a blaze of wondrous glory.
You are brave.
You have honoured your soul.
You are beautiful.
one way to look at life is to realize everyone gets exactly what they deserve. everything is structured so you get back what you put in and wish for others. being a genuinely good human and wishing others more than you have already puts you miles ahead
an unwritten rule of life
This is extremely true.
Every major, long lasting change I’ve made in my life has happened after I have updated a deep held view of my self image somehow, usually psychedelics
You cannot overwork a wounded arm to be better, you must heal it first…
Same with your soul.

An entrepreneur makes decisions with incomplete information almost every day. Prayer does not remove the need for research; it quiets panic, sharpens discernment and helps a founder separate genuine opportunity from expensive distraction. Entrepreneurs carry many invisible.
When prayer becomes consistent, the entrepreneur becomes less controlled by applause and criticism. Identity is no longer tied entirely to sales, valuation or visibility, allowing the founder to lead with greater courage, honesty and emotional stability.

You were born delusional, and that was the gift, until the world spent fifteen years sanding it down and calling it maturity, leaving you with what people proudly call a realistic view of life, which is mostly a long list of things you have unconsciously decided you cannot have, and the realist thinks he is seeing clearly when he is only seeing the average, using the outcomes of people who already gave up on their delusions as proof that delusions do not work.
While the optimist is not denying reality but refusing to accept that the average applies to him, and that refusal is the entire engine, because he keeps showing up to rooms the realist already wrote off, and yes he fails often, but the realist also fails, just quieter, with less to show for it, so stay delusional, because your brain only builds the future it already believes is possible.
You're naturally born delusional, but society made you fail at turning your delusions into reality.
A successful man is a man who brought his delusions to reality.
A failed man is a man who gave up on his delusions.
