@HMRCcustomers how long do urgent requests take for reviewing overpaid pensions ? We have been chasing this for over a year now, sent multiple letters and I am still getting nowhere. The request was escalated as an urgent review 3 weeks ago and we still haven't heard anything??

@AXA@axainsurance 2/2 would love someone to tell me how I could have done it and then I would accept this terrible outcome. I know the manager and the complaints team will say the same thing which is very frustrating how s company will go such lengths to deny a £130 pram
@AXA can't believe how bad the customer service has been for damaged luggage. You are happy to take our money yet when we file a claim for damaged baggage you refuse to payout because we did not report the damaged baggage to the counter at the airport that was CLOSED!!!
@AXA@axainsurance Thanks Gary it's already been escalated to complaints department and I've asked the claims team to escalate to manager. It was bought through a company called Rossborough. I am being refused based on the fact I did not report the damaged luggage but the counter was closed...
