Before 1923, the State flags either flew alone or on top of the Federal Stars and Stripes flag to indicate jurisdiction, and the free and independent nature of the individual States, who derive their just authority from the delegation of power(s) from the Free, Independent and Sovereign people, who are the Supreme Authority and Law Maker under founding law.
After 1923, the States were instructed, and acquiesced, to flying the State Flag under the Federal Stars and Stripe flag, indicating the States were "free, independent and sovereign" under the federal government. ,
By this time, all the states were incorporated essentially as "franchises" under the mother corp, US GOV INC. and all adopted new State Constitutions for their incorporated status.
In the late 60's 70's, most state flags stopped flying with most states mostly flying only the Federal Stars and Stripes.
This was to identify Federal control over the states and the assumption of State sovereignty was as complete as possible under the increasingly federal "legal system."
In Banks and Courts you see the Federal Stars and Stripe with Gold fringe. The gold fringe was first used by the Navy in 1835, and signifies admiralty or Maritime law, or jurisdiction of the sea. This is jurisdiction of trade and commerce or, private commercial law, and is for entities engaged in commerce, not living people.
So, first, we have the original Sovereign people in control of their state governments who operate under the delegated authority of the Sovereign people, under founding law.
The we have the usurpation of State rights by bribing them to incorporate, and create new Corporate "Constitutions."
Then you have the assumption of maximum federal authority of the sovereign states and their people and the fraud of forcing private living people into admiralty law commercial courts that have no lawful jurisdiction over living and Sovereign people, and apply their 80M federal code and statutes to them.

Depends on how you define "realm..."
There is Truth, and there is illusion. Only Truth is Real. Only Truth Exists. Illusion requires belief in order to seem real or "exist," and illusion ceases to exist in the light of Truth or when belief is removed or replaced by Truth.
Once you decide for Real Truth and Real Truth only, as you grasp and understand Real Truth illusion is shown to be illusion and falls away proportionately to the degree Truth is grasped, which only makes sense.
The truth of this is one the hardest things to understand, but it is "the truth that maketh you free." Once you begin to grasp it, and this happens at the core of your Being and not at an analytical or intellectual level, it becomes so obvious its just how you live.
The great thing about it is everything, that never made sense is now explainable and sane. Life is sane. Life is Intelligently Organized. You just have to see how it is organized and recognize the Truth it, its not organized like you think...
Every Sentient Being is capable of recognizing Truth, This is you Natural Ability and indicates "Truth" has something to do with Your Nature as otherwise, you could not recognize truth and any form of learning would be impossible.
You can't sit at the bottom of a pit and determine the Source and Nature of Life and All Phenomenon of Life. You understand Life you have to start a the top and see how and why things are the way they are.

You should learn about the fraud of land ownership now... where you don't actually buy or own land You buy "equitable title," which is a legal description of the land - its like buy a picture and description of an orange, but you don't get the orange.
Land is only actually owned via possession of a land patent, which is known as owned in allodium. The government keeps the land patents, the RE Agent sells you "equitable title," the Bank takes your promissory note and simply makes a ledger entry and the money now exists based on your promissory note and credit i.e., the bank does not loan you a single penny, you create your own money.
Then the bank registers your note as a security (CUSIP number). Because mortgages are front loaded with interest, and because typically you will pay an amount equal to the note itself in additional interest most of which you pay up front, the bank sells your note (mortgage) on the open market for more the $500k plus tens of thousands in profit, and pockets the entire amount plus the profit. This, while you make 30-year payments on a house the Bank never lent a dime on, sold for 100% of its value plus a fat profit and lists you as a "Tenant" on your Warranty Deed (color of title) because the bank knows the government has the land patent and you are indeed a "tenant."
This is why you have to pay "use fees" or "taxes" on the land you think you own.
The bank makes out like a bandit plus it can loan out 10x the value of your mortgage, based on the asset or book value of your mortgage that you created with your own credit and promise to pay.
Sounds like a great racket because it is.
So John, with all due respect for your good nature and your true and willing desire to help people, when you look at the problem(s) anyone might have with their land, look at the reasons why the problem(s) exists.
The best advice for anyone is, if your mortgage is paid off, got down to the local BLM office and search the land patent for that property and bring it up to current and redescribe the property using the "old" metes and bounds system rather than the "modern" lot, block, tract and APN system, with your name as the true owner.
When you do this, get a Title Report before you start the patent search showing the house is owned free and clear with no liens. Then bring thte land patent up to date in your name. When you try to record this, you will discover the state has been using your land as security for its bonds and you will not be able to record the land patent unless this bond is paid off. The amount of the bond can be high or low depending on its maturity.
No problem, You sue the Title Company for the bond amount for failure to disclose it, and make them pay it off, then finish recording your land patent.
NOW, you not only actually own that land - in allodium - that no one can ever take from you as no one can ever force a sale of it for any reason and this includes the government, You cease paying "use fees" or property taxes on it because you moved the property out of their description trap and jurisdiction.
You won't be able to get a mortgage on it without surrendering the land paten because a bank can't foreclose on it, but at least you own the land and its value is higher because it cannot be taxed.
