@TUIUK You now can’t help me. I eventually got through and made the changes to our booking. Changed the 2 names on the booking and as we were flying with BA (booked through TUI), it cost us £655 to change the names on the flights. @TUIUK not good service at all!

Bring in regulations for all officers and stop the general cruelty. The officer in question has been arrested, do we march against every murderer even if they are arrested?
