@BSNL_CHTD I am not able to connect to a network while traveling in the US. I have activated international roaming and have tried to manually select the network and get all the networks as forbidden. I raised two tickets and they were closed as resolved Please help!
@BSNLCorporate - I use a prepaid plan with international roaming. My service stopped working even though I have an active international roaming pack enabled. without service I am not able to login to the app and raise a ticket. how do I get service enabled?
@BSNL_CHTD - This is 2021 - please stop using 1990s tactics for Time to Resolve SLA by closing tickets and opening fresh ones. And provide a technical support number.
