@BSNL_CHTD I am not able to connect to a network while traveling in the US. I have activated international roaming and have tried to manually select the network and get all the networks as forbidden. I raised two tickets and they were closed as resolved Please help!

@vendorprisey @engineers_feed @megbear @Madtarquin @holgermu @jcorsello @InFullBloomUS I am going with a simpleton's response - to outsource the support function

[Murali Mazhavanchery @murzen]

@BSNL_CHTD -
Strange that I can't seem to find any Time to Respond or Resolve SLAs about BSNL on technical issues.

[Murali Mazhavanchery @murzen]

@BSNL_CHTD - This is 2021 - please stop using 1990s tactics for Time to Resolve SLA by closing tickets and opening fresh ones. And provide a technical support number.

Very excited to see this. If you sell in an ecosystem (as most b2b software does), you should check this out. This will bring massive innovation, discipline, transparency and performance to partnering and ecosystem sales. #saas #sales https://t.co/a5kk3M4Zmh
