🚨 Charlotte City Councilwoman Tiawana Brown was just sentenced to federal prison after being found guilty in a COVID relief fraud case.

Brown’s attorney asked for probation, and prosecutors did not oppose that request, but the Judge denied the request and ordered prison.

“These programs are set up at a time of great desperation for a lot of people,” said Judge Bell. “The public is tired of being ripped off.”

I lived in Canada for nearly a decade. Up there they have a practice called “hallway medicine” where they park beds and treat people in hallways because there are no rooms available.

One of my best friends was rushed to the ER with the worst headache of her life — and she had a history of brain cancer. They made her wait (which can take hours in a Canadian ER). Eventually she slumped over and died of an aneurism at the age of 25.

I was once waiting with my wife to be seen for a staph infection on her face. About six hours in of waiting in the ER waiting room (and being harassed several times by a drunk homeless woman for cigarettes) a large man comes in bleeding from his abdomen. They made him sit and wait to be triaged with a growing puddle of blood on the floor in front of him. After about a half an hour he begged to be seen and showed them that he was bleeding and they got annoyed with him and told him to go sit back down and wait.

We waited about 10 hours and then decided to go home.

My mother-in-law waited for nearly an entire year to have her neurostimulator that is literally wired into her spine replaced. She was bumped three times — one time she was literally ON THE OPERATING TABLE when she got rescheduled.

Yet you won’t hear complaints from Canadians about their healthcare system because it’s an unspoken taboo — but when every 1 in 20 Canadians is being killed by their government intentionally, it’s becoming hard to ignore.

Some technology will never improve due to the Operator.

Walmart employee calls the police on Michael Kruse and son, claiming they stole $50 worth of items while checking out.

The security guard missed the part where they paid for sand, and claimed they stole it.

Police show up to Michael's home, arrest he and his 18 year old son, Kruae offered to show the receipt, but police refused and stated they were there to fulfill the warrant.

Kruse stated to police, they should be more diligent before arresting folks, and he is right.

This will end up being costly for Forsyth County and Walmart...

On national TV, Sunny Hostin told America she was the holdout juror in the “Butcher of Tompkins Square Park” case.

Daniel Rakowitz killed Monika Beerle, cut her up, boiled the remains, and served them to homeless people in the park.

Eleven jurors wanted a guilty verdict. Hostin said she talked them off it (one by one)until all twelve found him not criminally responsible by reason of insanity.

He went to a psych ward, not a prison cell. She called that “a different type of prison” and said that’s how much she believes in the insanity defense.

A woman was murdered and cooked. The co-hosts sat there stunned. The rest of us heard a morning-show host treat the most grotesque crime in the file like a résumé line.

Unfreakingbelievable. This is the same woman that tried to get her son off from his crime.

And people wonder why we say repeal the 19th amendment. Women like her make me sick.

You don’t put these people in a mental hospital. You put them in prison or you give them the death penalty.

I can’t believe she admitted this on live tv. Her mind think is dangerous to Americans.

Big court win out of Michigan today! Election Clerks Stephanie Scott and Michelle McQueer are heros!!

-Benson ordered Clerks to delete election records
-A hero Clerk sued
-Benson asked a judge to throw it out
-Today the Judge said NO on every ground!

The case in 30 seconds:
-The electronic poll book is the laptop record of everyone who checked in to vote at your precinct.
-Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson's new state rule says clerks must DELETE it 7 days after the election is certified.
-Federal law says KEEP it 22 months. Destroying it early is a federal crime
-My client, Bridgewater Township Clerk Michelle McQueer, asked the State which law to follow
-11 months, no answer, so she sued

Today she, Ms. Scott and her attorney @KevinKijewski defeated Benson's motion to dismiss. This is huge as it means the case proceeds, on the merits - which is exactly what Sec. of State Benson doesn't want!

I promise you’re not even slightly prepared for how INSANE this story is. Not only has the town they’re in not had a single COVID case in months but it was originally founded as a commie bar for lesbians where paying was optional. Eventually almost no one paid the cover fee (predictable) and 2 of the original owners left. The full time mask requirement left them almost no business. One of the owners left to go to CLOWN COLLEGE.

The drama here is that they’re making masks optional for ONE NIGHT OF THE WEEK!

In a town with NO COVID cases….

I mean it would be nuts if there was COVID too but how are they so delusional that they think they need to mask with zero cases!?!

The one remaining owner is living in her car because the commie business model is failing so terribly. She can’t pay herself or her employees.

They then said she was a mandatory reporter who could force hospitalize them. They said the mediator made them feel "wildly unsafe."

The owner is 50k in debt on the business loan and living in her car. When she brought this up they said she was spilling White Tears for sympathy which they found "incredibly racist."

The meeting went on like this for nearly 4 hours.

Long story short: these leftists are literally insane. So insane that clown college seems like the most intelligent move in this deranged story. 🤡

Never forget when LeBron James tried to doxx and threaten the life of a white police officer for killing a black woman before he had any facts about what actually happened. Then the bodycam footage came out and showed that the officer heroically SAVED the other black woman’s life that was about to be stabbed to death.

Brooke Goldstein sat on a CNN panel and did the one thing that table almost never allows. She spoke as someone who actually went.

Two years in and out of Jenin, Ramallah, Tulkarem, and Nablus. Interviews with Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, not through a press release and not through a translator who works for the story. They told her to her face that they want war. That is not a talking point she invented in a green room. That is what they said.

The rest of the table looked the way people look when the script gets interrupted. They have never been in Samaria or Judea. They have never watched the propaganda machine operate on the ground and then come home to hear it repeated as news. They sit on a sofa in a studio and decide what Israel is allowed to do, while the people who have been there keep getting treated as the problem for noticing that this is an ideology that teaches children to love death and then parks those children in front of the launcher.

She said the quiet part without raising her voice. It is not only Hamas. It is what the schools print. It is what the commanders admit. It is why there can be food in the Strip and still be starvation, because Hamas treats the warehouse the same way it treats the tent.

CNN will air the clip, then go back to calling itself journalism, and still act wounded the next time someone says the network is selling a product instead of a report.

The Boston Globe has just published a shockingly sober article about the nonexistent genocide supposedly targeting the transgender community.

In it, they cite a report I coauthored showing that the murder rate is actually lower for trans-identifying people than the general population. Our report was responding to the HRC's annual reports pushing the narrative that there is an ongoing "Epidemic of Violence" against the transgender community.

The reporter says he "offered the Human Rights Campaign's key researcher, the transgender woman Charleigh Flohr, or anyone else with the organization an opportunity to rebut the Manhattan Institute finding, but they didn't reply to me."

That's unsurprising because the HRC is engaging in fundraising propaganda. They don't care about the truth, only promoting the narrative.

Ok, we now have the actual text of the Greenland deal (https://t.co/VxZ1Q47jsh), so we can say how it compares to the existing 1951 arrangement and who, between Trump and Denmark, lied the most in their framing of it.

Long story short - which may surprise some - the Danes lied the most: Trump is pretty much correct in saying that this new deal grants the US control of Greenland.

Let's look into what changed compared to the 1951 deal.

1) This is now a permanent arrangement: whereas the existing 1951 deal only lasted as long as NATO existed, this one "does not have an end date and may only be amended by mutual consent."

It even survives a hypothetical future independence of Greenland: in that event, Denmark and Greenland must ensure that the independent Greenlandic state "affirmatively assume[s] all of the rights and obligations of the Kingdom of Denmark specified in this Agreement."

2) In the 1951 agreement, the US could set up bases only where both governments agreed, and only on the basis of NATO planning. The new deal locks in three bases: the US can "modernize and expand its activities" at Pituffik, its only base in Greenland until now, and "shall be allowed to establish an additional Defense Area at Narsarsuaq and Mestersvig." Further bases beyond these 3 can be justified by the defense of "the American continent," a US interest rather than a NATO one.

Also, quite subtle but this is interesting: Article IV(iii) says that "the United States may establish additional defense areas in Greenland" and that consultations are then held "to decide implementation details based on mutual agreement." What this means is that the principle of a new base is automatically granted and only the implementation details require agreement.

Article VII also gives the US "the right to raise concerns regarding construction, or change of use" of any building near a US base, after which the parties decide together what to do. Which means that the US has a say over civilian planning around its bases.

3) On US military movement across Greenland, the wording change between the 1951 agreement and this new one is quite funny.

The 1951 text said (Art. V(3)): the US "may enjoy... the right of free access to and movement between the defense areas through Greenland, including territorial waters, by land, air and sea," but only "in accordance with general rules mutually agreed upon and issued by the appropriate Danish authority in Greenland."

The new one says: "the United States of America shall enjoy... the right of free access to and movement between the Defense Areas through Greenland, including the Territorial Waters, by land, air and sea."

That's it: "May" becomes "shall," and the US military movement no longer has to follow rules "issued by the appropriate Danish authority in Greenland." The US also gets something new on top: "undersea access to and movement within the Territorial Waters," i.e. submarines.

4) Non-NATO exclusion: non-NATO states are barred from military installations or a persistent presence in Greenland unless all three parties approve, giving the US an effective permanent veto. The 1951 deal had no equivalent clause.

5) Investment screening: this is entirely new. "States or investors from a state that is not a member of NATO, a NATO partner, or an EU member state" (i.e. Russia, China, India, the Gulf States, etc.), "shall not be allowed to have (i) control, (ii) significant influence, or (iii) access to non-public information...within Particularly Sensitive Sectors or Activities in the territory of Greenland (including the Territorial Waters), unless agreed between the Parties."

Again, it basically means that the US has a permanent veto over who can invest in strategic sectors in Greenland, as far as non-NATO or EU states are concerned.

6) Lastly, in stark contrast with the 1951 deal, the framing of the deal changes significantly: this new deal is largely framed around the US.

The 1951 agreement existed only "for the benefit of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization." The new one lists the defense of "the American continent" as an objective, celebrates "the irreplaceable role" of the United States military as well as "the United States' indispensable historical and ongoing contributions to the security and defense of Greenland," and names the establishment of Trump's "Golden Dome" missile defense system as a key goal.

So, to sum up:
- The US secured a permanent military foothold that even an independent Greenland would inherit whether it likes it or not
- The US now has veto power over any non-NATO military presence in Greenland, and over who can invest in its strategic infrastructure and resources (beyond NATO and the EU)
- Denmark signed away its say over the principle of new US bases, with only the right to discuss the "implementation details"
- Danish authorities no longer set the rules for US military movement across the island
- And all of it is now justified by the defense of "the American continent"

I don't know in which universe this even remotely "recognizes the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Kingdom and the Greenlandic people's right to self-determination," as Danish PM Mette Frederiksen put it (https://t.co/dHOavrPB3r).

Yes, the preamble of the text cynically "reaffirms" Danish sovereignty but, in my book, when you let a foreign country put bases on your soil, move its troops without following your rules and veto who else can come in, in perpetuity, after it spent two years threatening to take you by force, the word for that is anything but "recognized sovereignty" 🤷

Here’s something revealing I found while investigating the Office of the Attending Physician.

Congress created this operation in 1928 after medical emergencies, initially requesting one Navy physician to be available during House sessions.

Today, it has grown to nearly 50 people with 24-hour availability, and Admiral Brian Monahan himself testified that OAP “principally provides primary care.” Primary care.

The House’s FY2027 proposal would provide nearly $5.5 million for this office.

So why are taxpayers spending millions to provide Congress with around-the-clock primary care when Members already have health insurance and access to Walter Reed?

And why are active-duty Navy medical personnel being used to provide it?

That’s what I’m investigating.

Judge advised counsel, that she (Benson) could face criminal prosecution by this DOJ for the act she is being sued for. He is taken the case into advisement.
