My notes regarding this IPO are as follows:
-Meesho is a Bengaluru based company and was founded in the year 2015
-Meesho is a multi-sided technology platform that drives e-commerce in India by bringing together 4 key stakeholders – consumers, sellers, logistics partners and content creators
-In H1FY’26, Meesho emerged as India’s largest e-commerce platform by Annual Transacting Users and annual Placed Orders among e-commerce players in India
-Meesho’s Annual Transacting Users grew 34% year-on-year in H1 FY26, with the platform continuing to see strong traction across India
-Consumers on Meesho come from various income backgrounds across India. These consumers are typically value focused, seeking a wide assortment of products at affordable prices
-Meesho offers a wide assortment of products, including low-cost unbranded products, regional brands and national brands. In the 6-month periods ended Sept 30, 2025 and Sept 30, 2024, Meesho hosted 153.72 million and 109.65 million Daily Active Product Listings respectively
-Segment revenue from Marketplace grew from ₹5,733.73 crore in FY 2023 to ₹9,385.87 crore in FY 2025
-If I talk about financials then details are as under (H1 FY 25-26):
-Revenue: ₹ 5857 crore
-PAT: ₹ -700.72 Crore
POINTS TO NOTE:
-Meesho became the largest free cash flow generator among scaled listed e-commerce companies in India in FY25
-Free Cash Flow swung from negative ₹ 2,336 crore in FY23 to positive ₹ 1,032 crore (with interest income) and ₹ 591 crore (excluding interest income) in FY25, reflecting the benefits of an asset-light, capital-efficient model that allows the company to grow scale and depth without significant capital outlay
-For the Last Twelve Months ending Sept 30, 2025, Meesho recorded Free Cash Flow of ₹ 1,010 crore
-In H1FY26, Meesho continued to invest in growth, driving NMV up ~44% year-on-year, reaching ~562 million orders showing growth of ~50% for Placed Orders
-As Meesho expanded its scale, related costs such as server and technology expenses increased, reflecting the investments required to support the platform’s growth
-As a result, H1FY26 loss before exceptional items and tax was ₹ 433 crores and net loss was ₹ 701 crores, consistent with the strategic investments Meesho is making to grow market share
-Listed Peers are: Eternal, Swiggy, Brainbees Solutions, Nykaa, Vishal Mega Mart, Trent and DMart
-The anchor book for Meesho’s IPO is robust, with ₹2,439 crore allocated across more than 60 leading global and domestic institutional investors, reflecting strong confidence and high demand ahead of listing.
-Objects of the issue are
* Investment for cloud infrastructure in Meesho Technologies Private Limited, its Subsidiary.
* Payment of salaries for existing and replacement hires in Meesho Technologies Private Limited’s Machine Learning, AI, and technology teams, critical for ongoing AI and technology development. Given the niche nature of this talent, these expenditures are justified to ensure retention.
* ₹13,900M → Cloud infra (architecting for the next 200M users), ₹4,800M → ML/AI & core tech talent, ₹10,200M → Brand + marketing flywheel, Up to 35% → Strategic M&A + general corporate.
* Investment in Meesho Technologies Pvt Ltd, its Subsidiary, for expenditure towards marketing and brand initiatives
* Funding inorganic growth through acquisitions and other strategic initiatives and general corporate purposes. Funding capital expenditure requirements of the company, towards purchase of commercial vehicles and containers
* General corporate purposes

Dear @flipkartsupport by when can i expect the product to be delivered to me if the scheduled date of delivery was 11th October? It was then shifted to 14th October, then 16th.. and the order is yet to be delivered and there are no signs of it!!
