Update on 2nd-ed books:
* First two books ("Get Started", "Scope & Closures") have been out for this whole year.
* The rest of the series (books 3-6) are indefinitely postponed, no active plans to write. Sadly, sales of books 1/2 were not strong enough to justify more books.
@YDKJS Honestly, between the books and courses done on @FrontendMasters , I think anyone who really wants to learn #javascript will have a plethora of resources . But I appreciate any new content you create and the perspective you bring .
I am incredibly excited to announce The creative Javascript Course is now officially available!
30 Hours of Javascript Content with projects!
Take a look! https://t.co/eG7JZpkBRG

What are some of the benefits of being a web developer? For me, I would say...
1โฃ You can work from almost anywhere
2โฃ You can make a good amount of money
3โฃ You can teach yourself
4โฃ It is satisfying to build things
5โฃ The industry isn't going anywhere

@florinpop17 Both r valid , for A), it depends on how u use the 1M,make money work for you...etc B) is great if u know how to capitalize on subs. I choose A), as with good capital, business plan, to create a good product, will carry me over if subs decline and allow me to pivot with trends.
