Looking for a Christian developer who is interested in taking on one of my mission org. clients. Preferably someone I've worked with or met in the past through Geeks & God or another venue. Please contact me and let me know if you can help. Thanks! https://t.co/9LTp1MAGhX
@americanbible I'm looking to get in contact with someone there who works on the https://t.co/fCtPMP27p7 website development with a few technical questions. Can you have someone email me? [email protected] Thanks!
Proud of my newest title, "Director Of Web Stuff" at Christian Music Archive @CCMExchange :) Fun site to work on, check it out! https://t.co/pJfgspR4Tg
Super happy to see Paragraphs module has made it's way into @BackdropCMS !! A hardy "Nice one, Bro!" to all involved...every time one of these 'gotta have' pieces moves from #Drupal to #Backdrop it makes the community that much stronger!
Very proud to announce the newly redesigned @Sojourners website. Grateful that we were trusted to build this new beautiful site! Check it out! https://t.co/A6YAB4mOTu
I’m extraordinarily proud of my many colleagues at @Sojourners—in particular the entire editorial staff for the magazine and website—who worked tirelessly for many months to make today possible. I hope you love the new https://t.co/AZNTBcOr9d and magazine as much as we do.
Dear Internet, I thought you learned this lesson long ago, but apparently you haven't! If anything on your page is moving or making noise without me making it happen intentionally, I am going to leave your site as fast as possible. Please don't do that anymore.
Looking for a #Wordpress theme and plugin development book (hard copy, not that newfangled kindle junk ;) The best looking one says it's for version 4.1. How major are the changes between then and now? (ie. what will I learn incorrectly from that older book?)
@PepeSanchez@backdropcms Yeah, still building with @backdropcms (3 sites in the pipeline right now!) but I have a client who is looking at Wordpress as and option, so I need to see how it compares to both Drupal and backdrop...
Just ran across this post by @mikeschinkel that perfectly predicted the current state of #Drupal 8....back in 2014!! I'd debate that it predicted @backdropcms future accurately, but that remains to be seen. https://t.co/WHY7jRW0O2
@pianomansam Yeah, I was just thinking maybe it thought this was a D8 site for some reason (reinstalling everything on a new computer, thinking stuff isn't doing what it should ;)
@pianomansam Thanks Sam (hope you're doing well!) I just got a notice that 'drush dis' wasn't available, I should use pm-uninstall...might be my config, I'll dig deeper.
When there's too many engineers and not enough 'tech-savvy creative thinkers' in the web development space, you end up with package managers managing package managers managing package managers. That's the current state of things. Common sense and balance is lacking.
