Dear Mr @igp_ug1 Abas Byakagaba. I trust you’re well. I don’t know whether you watch the biggest Saturday show, @Kasuku256’s TalknTalk Show. But even if you do, I believe by the time it featured, you were busy cleaning.

Well, on the show, Ndugu @Edsendi mentioned about this place at Kisaasi Round about off Northern Bypass. Here, you elected to maintain a police post and we truly appreciate. Thank you.

However, the designers of this road had all the reasons to make it wide with a drop off provision. I doubt those reasons had dumping accident cars in them. Most of these cars killed people and whose loved ones still used the road. This haunts them Sir. But mostly, this police post isn’t a traffic department. They can operate, keep law and order without this congestion.

Kindly pack up you scrap and dump it somewhere else. If the IOV has run out of space, please auction the scrap already. The inconvenience at this spot is becoming a security threat. So we pray, Sir.
