I extend my deepest condolences to the former Deputy Governor of Bauchi State, Senator Baba Tela, on the tragic loss of his children, Mustapha and Ummi, in a fatal road crash.
This heartbreaking tragedy has brought profound shock and grief, not only to the family but also casting a heavy shadow of sorrow over the Katagum Emirate and the entire Bauchi State.
My thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved family, the government, and the good people of Bauchi State at this difficult time. - RMK
BREAKING NEWS:
COURT AFFIRMS DAVID MARK AND ADC EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AS DULY ELECTED
In a major legal victory for the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Justice Liman of the Federal High Court has ruled that Senator David Mark and other members of the party’s executive committee were duly elected.
The court's judgment firmly validates and affirms the legitimacy of the party’s leadership structure, putting an end to leadership disputes.
Last night, I had a dream that @B_ELRUFAI won re-election to the Green Chamber. Interestingly, I'm not from Kaduna and have no stake in its politics, but I thought I'd share because dreams can sometimes be quite intriguing. Time will tell.
I have now read the CTC of the Judgment setting aside the registration of NDC and it is worse than I had thought.
The unregistered Association known as Peace Movement Party is not a party to the suit and declared no interest to even join the suit yet the Court went ahead to set aside it's own Judgment on their application!
The Court then also failed to make any express order joining them in the said suit which means that PMP can and will simply "walk away" from the action having achieved their purpose.
In the end what we have is a case where a Judge decided to sit on Appeal over its own Judgment and for compelling reason.

A friend and colleague of mine, Stanley Ugwuoke reminded me this morning of what happened in India at the Delhi High Court of Justice in October 2007 where Justice V.B Gupta made an unprecedented order directing a lower court Judge, R.K. Tiwari to go back to Law school for a three months refresher on criminal law for bypassing standard legal processes and issuing an arrest warrant that directly defied previous High Court Ruling.
I wish the appellate courts would be able to copy the Delhi High court in this matter.
What the Judge has done in this matter has never been heard of since Nigeria received English Law in 1900.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO ALL NDC STAKEHOLDERS AND PARTY FAITHFULS
Dear Distinguished Leaders, Stakeholders, Members, and Supporters of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC),
We wish to inform everyone that the recent ruling of the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja does not amount to a final determination against our party. The Court merely set aside its earlier judgment on procedural grounds, stating that all interested parties must first be heard before a final decision is made.
The Court has ordered that the substantive case commence afresh with all parties, including INEC, the Peace Movement Party (PMP), and the NDC, participating in the proceedings. This means the matter remains before the Court for determination.
We therefore urge all our stakeholders and party faithful to remain calm, united, and law-abiding. There is no cause for panic or discouragement. We have full confidence in the judicial process and believe that justice will prevail.
Let us avoid spreading misinformation or engaging in unnecessary arguments on social media. Instead, remain focused, steadfast, and committed to the ideals and vision of our great party.
Together, we shall remain strong, united, and hopeful as we await the final outcome of the Court proceedings.
Long Live NDC!
Long Live Our Democracy!
Long Live the Federal Republic of Nigeria!
But if ADC, NDC and few other parties cannot be on the ballot, why the need for the 2027 elections?
What a useless and fearful bunch of people we are, who are only waiting for miracle to build a country.😎
The NDC has a lot of issues but on one part I do understand Seriake Dickson.
They provided a platform for Peter Obi and Kwankwaso in May, 10 days to the deadline.
When Dr. Hakeem Baba-Ahmed went to Arise TV, he revealed that the PRP couldn't give PO and Kwankwaso the number of structures they needed.
The people already inside the NDC are humans too. OBIdients must learn to share and sacrifice.
We got the President which is the most important thing.
If Peter Obi does not win, 2031 is over for anyone in the NDC. So they know how important 2027 is.
Be calm and be of good cheer.
I just received the sad news of the train derailment along the Warri–Itakpe rail corridor in Delta State.
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the families who lost their loved ones in this unfortunate mishap, and I pray for the quick recovery of those injured.
I urge the relevant authorities to investigate the immediate and remote causes of this derailment swiftly, ensure full accountability, and implement measures to restore public confidence in our rail systems. -PO
The Kwankwasiyya Movement has dismissed reports that the vice-presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Rabiu Kwankwaso, threatened to leave the party over the replacement of some candidates.
If I see a Northerner, especially a Hausa/Fulani man, campaigning for Peter Obi to be President because of Kwankwaso, I just know that he is either ignorant of how Peter Obi treated Northerners when he was Governor of Anambra, or he is simply a blind follower of Kwankwaso.
I sincerely appreciated their dedication and creativity in utilizing their media handles to promote the ideals of the Kwankwasiyya movement and raise awareness among the public. -AA gwarzo
I had a meeting with the vibrant youths from the Kwankwasiyya Media Forums, comprising representatives from various social media platforms actively promoting the Kwankwasiyya movement.
Comrade Sowore has a better chance to become the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria than atiku.
Sowore cares about North and Northerners but Atiku is just care about his pocket and his family
