@AskRapidKL Your LRT Seri Petaling line had a power failure around 9am today. Delay 1hr+!! Then after waiting so long we still had to exit the station and find alternative transport. This occurred between Awan Besar and Bukit Jalil. I missed my bus to JB from TBS. Compensation?

@AskRapidKL I waited a long time. When I asked your staff at bukit jalil station they told me the shuttle bus was only for Bandar Tun Razak. My journey was delayed more than 4hrs because of this issue and I had to purchase a new bus ticket. Where can I make an official complaint?

@AskRapidKL We were told to leave the train at bukit jalil. When I asked the staff outside how do I get to Bandar Tasik Selatan they told me there is no transport - shuttle is only for Bandar Tun Razak
