@mwmoedinger Alternative viewpoint: budgets are often value-driven. It’s very common to stretch the budget for a great deal. And vice versa, people “shopping the payment” are car salesmen’s dream - pretty easy to anchor the budget and see costs inflate to that mark.
@SixtUSA, what's the course of action when purchased "guaranteed" vehicle selection turns out anything but, and the branch manager becomes unresponsive?
@Intuit, when you run a "Free Tax Extension Filing" adwords campaign, but instead take people to a "no need to extend, just file" page you might get some conversion... but you're also guaranteed to agitate the majority that doesn't like bait and switch
@FlyLevel selling a flight, collecting cash, then canceling a few days later is pretty fishy. Offering a voucher in a popup with only "accept" button that takes click outside as "yes" is the next level diabolical.
@EF - great job adopting some practices from the payday loan industry! Late fees charged the day before invoice is generated - brilliant!! Do it for the kids
@googlemaps, can your API support "Avoid Crossing Borders"? Seems like that would be extremely valuable for your users that aren't prepared for border x-ing lines, have the passport with them at all time, or don't appreciate having to dump the fruit they're carrying :)
@TwilioHelp, do you expect link previewers (Open Graph) on iOS to work for messages sent from twilio? Works when I send from my phone directly... even created a contact for the "From"
@jbapex, I challenge you to time how long it takes to get your most recent mortgage statement from HSBC USA's web site. It's 9 page loads away that I, a frequent user, just got to in 2m 52s. This is absurd in 2018. It's laughably bad.
@HSBC Your online banking is dismal. I've timed 1:17 over 6 page loads to get to my mortgage statement . When I try to download my 1098, it just bombs. Perfect, very helpful during tax season!
@squarespace - majority of mobile apps need deep linking. The fact that you don't support hosting .well-known basically precludes any company with an app from hosting with you. Is there a recommended course of action?
