Who will propel our group to another level of training in the “second half” of Fall? Everyone’s favorite, @mvelasquezz13 (Class of 2023; @MonomoySharks), navigated a traffic jam on Route 6 to make a crazy statement tonight with her effort on ski-erg to earn a podium finish! 🧡💙

💪The improvement in strength, power, and conditioning realized by the members of our girls varsity-level group this Spring has been nothing short of spectacular. Development in these areas will always be a major component of our training program! Way to work, girls! 🧡💙
