@flynorse My flight Z0701 on 21/01 was cancelled with <14 days notice. Your team authorised self-help rebooking via email but I have had no human response to my claim for the costs & UK261 compensation. I’ve paid almost £1K to rebook. Please confirm this is prioritised.

@HMRCcustomers Hi, my tax code is still wrong for the upcoming pay even though I got confirmation the correct one would be sent by HMRC on 1/11. The app doesn’t show my new employment anymore and incorrectly states my last employment ended in April. Could you advise?

@HMRCcustomers Website indicates PAYE tax will be calculated between April and October however it is mid-November and it is still telling me my income tax has not been calculated. I believed I overpaid quite a lot so I’m eager to find out - when can I expect this to be done?
