Even after your clarification @ChairmanPFRDA and @PFRDAOfficial to @ChiefIba and inturn their clarification to Public Sector Banks,employees of PSBs are denied the legitimate option to switch their NPS Corpus Fund like others?

While other funds earn around 14% returns, PSB Bankers’ corpus generates only 8%. This inequality needs to be addressed and your advisory needs to be strictly implemented to stop #NPS_Discrimination

If #OldPensionScheme can't be provided as of now, at least give bankers the choice to change NPS Corpus Fund and asset allocation.

Today, November 6th, marks a historic milestone – the 60th Foundation Day of our beloved organization, the Federation of Bank of India Officers' Association, which stands as a pillar of strength in India’s Banking trade union movement. Since 1965, FBOIOA has been more than just a union; it has been a collective force dedicated to the principles of unity, courage, and unwavering commitment to the welfare and dignity of bank officers across the country.

Guided by the core tenets of trade unionism—solidarity, collective strength, and an unbreakable spirit of togetherness— *Our organization has fought countless battles to protect the rights and advance the interests of our officers*. *Through these values, FBOIOA has forged a path of progress, making Bank of India a stronger institution and empowering each one of us as individuals*.

Today, as we celebrate this legacy, we bow our heads to the visionary leaders who laid each brick of this foundation with relentless dedication, and let us take inspiration from their strength. Their work was not for themselves, but for all of us, for our collective future, and for the next generation.
