2 guys so happened to be blamed for the killing even tho they didn’t do it.
Somehow they also didn’t notice a guy on the roof???

It also seems this was one big planned assassination.
A paid group of people to point at an old man and blame him, so the real shooter can get away.
The old man was also paid.
