@JNJInnovMed son is in process of insurance appeal. He has been receiving #remicade since 2015. He is now behind in infusion waiting in appeal. He already has the #jnjwithme card. Can you help?

@askUHC He called today and was told there was nothing he could do but file an appeal. He has been receiving this medicine since 2015. Now he is off schedule with his infusion.

Son has Crohn’s and receives Remicade. He aged off our insurance and has @UHC. @UHC denied his authorization for Remicade. He is appealing.He has the #JnJwithme, but his new infusion center won’t file the Benefits Investigation Form because he hasn’t been there yet.@JNJInnovMed
