@ITCHotelsCares Hi. I made a reservation for 4 nights 27/3 till 31/3 at Storii by ITC Hotels, The Kaba Retreat, Solan through your website 2 weeks ago. Today when I checked on your website I noticed that the reservation stands cancelled!

I then called ITC centralised booking today morning and spoke with Ms Mandira who told me the booking stands cancelled! She was unable to give me any reason why it’s canceled! She also assured me that she will check and revert. I’m yet to hear from her also. Can you please help!

Mr Ankit from the hotel front desk confirms that they (hotel) are still holding the reservation. I asked him to send me a confirmation email which he assured. I’m still to receive any communication from the him or the hotel.
