@Uber_Support fares here are high for riders we get very little as drivers, how is this fair? Fuel gone up, insurance gone up, cost of living gone up but drivers get paid pittens why? How is this fair? I used uber in Canada i paid $23 for 8 miles! Uber is benefiting! Not fair!

@TfLTPH am I allowed to have 4d number plate? There’s word going around that it’s not allowed and fines are being issued BUT on the government website it states clearly we are allowed to use them. Someone kindly confirm yes or no? No information has been sent to us from TFL.

@UberUK I have been uploading documents they keep getting REJECTED! Last few days my insurance certificate, few weeks ago it was my driver licence, WHY? No reason at all! Just wasting my working time.

@SloughCouncil please look into the parking situation in Tweed Road. He has 7 vehicles and occupies all parking space and repairs cars on the road leaving engine oil spilled everywhere This needs to be looked at as there's no parking space for the residents and is creating a mess

@UberUK fares are even more low now because fuel prices have gone up! Local fare is to low £4.13, is this fair according to fuel prices? Rider is benefiting US drivers are suffering, it's wrong, unfair we are suffering. Uber is charging more from riders but DON'T give much to us!

@Uber_Support why won't uber fares go up now? Fuel has gone up since Russia invaded Ukraine for the last few days and last night gone up by 10p! Is that fair? We drivers are suffering the consequences, why won't uber help drivers now?This can't go on uber will keep losing drivers

@trickiecharlie What a joke! Bankers are more well off than cab drivers, car maintenance gone up, insurance up, road tax gone up, driving restrictions everywhere gone up, fares are so low what do we have left? Bankers sit in an office 9am-5pm and earn so much, we work days and nights!

All be aware, 2 ladies with a child in the car seat conducting scams with this car, mercedes A class. Wearing face masks! They don't get out of the car coz of "covid" They use fake bank accounts and software showing fake payments. If u see this car report to police.

@Uber got email about drivers getting tip while on a trip, your riders are stingy and waiting longer for drivers why give drivers wrong hope? Fares are so low longer waiting times for riders because drivers cant afford to do it! Give riders discount fares and pay drivers more!

@Apple my new iPhone 13 pro came today, very disappointed it came with no plug!! How am I suppose to charge it before I use it? It's such an expensive phone but no plug! I have to buy it for £20, the hassle of this and inconvenience. Not fair am paying for what?

@UberUK went to pic a rider, on time, after 8 minutes uber cancelled, I did not get my cancellation fee! I complained. Not fair. Copy and pasted response. Riders are sitting with no masks on uber don't take action! When drivers do this we get warned! No help from uber for drivers

@Uber Riders have more priority over drivers! Fares are less, drivers are suffering, then riders lie about drivers, when emails sent they come back, no one at uber helps! Copy and paste messages, mislead, driver fares go missing. Uber warned me for rider sitting in front since not true

@Uber What about supporting drivers? Fares are low, fix prices are rubbish, no waiting time,cheapest company in the UK, car maintenance gone up, fuel, insurance even food prices gone up but uber fares are going down! I've spent more than £2k on repairing my car in 2 months,
