Yesterday, @CmaUganda hosted its annual CIS Awards, celebrating and recognizing various stakeholders who have contributed to the growth of the Collective Investment Schemes (CIS) sector in Uganda.
Assets Under Management (AUM) for Collective Investment Schemes (CIS) have witnessed tremendous growth, from UGX 155 billion in March 2019 to UGX 2.8 trillion as at the end of March 2024. This remarkable achievement is a testament to the dedication and hard work of the individuals and entities CMA celebrated yesterday.
The awards were presented as follows:
Best Performing CIS Manager (Based on Year-on-Year Growth in CIS AUM for the years 2019-2024 ): @icealionug
Best Performing CIS Manager (Based on Year-on-Year Growth in CIS Accounts for the years 2019-2024): @XenoUganda
