Heißt: 16 Tochtergesellschaften, darunter BioNTech Manufacturing Marburg, NT Security and Services, BioNTech Delivery Technologies und JPT Peptide Technologies, werden von eigenen Offenlegungspflichten befreit.

Sie stecken im Konzernabschluss; BioNTech SE übernimmt Ergebnisverantwortung über Beherrschungs- und Gewinnabführungsverträge.

Die Zahlen im Konzernabschluss sind bemerkenswert:

- 2025 Umsatz: 2,87 Mrd. €
- Nettoverlust: -1,136 Mrd. €
- Cash: 7,675 Mrd. €
- Eigenkapital: 19,224 Mrd. €

Gleichzeitig wird die strategische Umstellung sichtbar: weg vom Pandemie-Geschäft, hin zu Onkologie, BMS-Deal, Biotheus/Pumitamig und CureVac-Übernahme.

Meine Frage: Wie viel öffentliche Transparenz bleibt bei einem Konzern, der aus der Pandemie heraus Milliarden aufgebaut hat, wenn zentrale operative Töchter nicht mehr einzeln sichtbar werden?

Sie ist für Infektionsschutz nicht zuständig und hat zu SARS-Cov2 nicht geforscht, sondern dem BMAS bei der Umsetzung des politisch geforderten Wahnsinns assistiert.
