Separate fixes for the remaining processes for Competence Expiry & Review Due notifications are being tested and will be deployed at the earliest opportunity. We would like to reiterate our apologies for the frustration that this issue has caused employees.

We have been able to successfully deploy a fix to prevent further duplicate emails being sent in relation to the Registration Expiry process.

We are currently progressing a fix to resolve the multiple email notification issue that is affecting a number of NHS employees. We will keep you informed as this progresses, but would like to reiterate our apologies once again for the inconvenience that this has caused.
