Why is @RevolutApp sending my account details in clear text in an email? And why, when asked, do they first claim it’s a #scam email and then take 8 hours to confirm it wasn’t? How is this putting #DataSecurity and #privacy top? Support not giving answers.

@SpotifyCares No error message, just the green arrow isn’t green so songs couldn’t be played offline. Once I got online they went green again, but that doesn’t help during flights.

After staying clear of @British_Airways for a year or so for abysmal service I gave it a try today: 90 minutes #delay. Figuring I’d ask their lounge for a chance to redeem themselves “We won’t let you in; why don’t you try the paid lounge instead.” At least they’re on message.

Clarkson’s apology suggests he made some kind of nuanced reference to that Thrones trope & the rest of us were too simple to spot it. 🙄 Of course we spotted it. The problem is that he saw a staged scene of misogyny & absorbed it, uncritically, as something he’d like to replicate

@British_Airways @reubiniqbal Same. In the last few years I haven’t had one BA flight when something didn’t break or create issues. It’s a very low bar, but it seems even a functioning app is now too difficult for BA. I guess paper boarding passes is the way. Fitting, perhaps.
