@ziyatong Might be some kind of aerosol oil residue from the body but my guess is more likely the shape of the lensed glass having slightly different exposure to moisture in the air and heat from the body impacting the condensation. It looks like a focusing lens shape centered on the eye.

@AshaRangappa_ In my opinion this is the simplest part. They just needed any basis to take it to the Supreme Court which would have decided in Trumps favor. Not an accident that 3 justices were part of Bush’s legal team in 2000. Simply not completing the pro forma would have been enough.
