My disagreement is that if we deport them, we cannot convict them of the actual potentially committed crime. Wouldn't you rather the criminal actually be punished?

@AzulaeXIV OWOD really is generally better developed for story purposes. Especially Mage IMO. The major problem with Chronicles is they wanted to avoid a metapolot like OWOD had and it made the setting much more anemic for long term interest. It is, however much tighter ruleswise
