Jennifer McCabe, Matt McCabe, Brian Albert, Nicole Albert, Allie McCabe & Brian Higgins have been sent subpoenas by Karen Reads lawyers to take their depositions.

Last night at 9:35pm, The House Defendants lawyer emailed Karen Reads team & said NONE of them are available for their scheduled depositions and they aren’t available any day before July 20.

Seriously?

Another point about this - the fact that there is video of Karen arriving at 12:41 (and a voicemail at 12:42 of her in the garage) proves that she did not arrive back at 12:36, as expert Nicholas Guarino testified that she was logged into the 1 Meadows wifi at that time. We also know that Canton Library footage was ONLY missing from 12:37-12:39, so if she arrived home at 12:36 they'd have her on there too. But she arrived at 12:41 (they lost that tape) and went through the library intersection at 12:38ish (and lost that tape too). Funny how every time they have a video that could show the condition of Karen Read's taillight after she allegedly murdered John O'Keefe with her car, that tape disappears. Thousands and thousands of cameras from Canton to Dighton, all of which would show her taillight condition, and not one of them was obtained by State Police. The 12:36 time was unintentionally exculpatory for Karen Read, so I'll take it, but it just shows what a completely incompetent "expert" Guarino is. Same idiot who said John's phone shows him going up and down 3 flights of stairs because he was moving it around while driving on the flattest street in Canton.

Michael Proctor is the root cause of all of the McAlberts' problems. If Karen Read was really guilty, and if Proctor did a thorough job investigating Read and eliminating other posisble suspects, then there would be no Free Karen Read movement, she would be in jail, and no one would know who the McAlberts are. Instead, as a direct result of his investigation, the vast majority of people believe Read is innocent and the McAlberts are far from that. Yet Matt McCabe and Jen McCabe's father both wrote emails to the governor demanding that Proctor not lose his job, and praising the work he did. Colon Albert has suddenly decided to join the army, and will be unavailable to give a deposition in the Karen Read lawsuit. Hopefully our country is a little safer now that we are being defended by a person who testified that an award winning journalist speaking into a window with T Rex arms made him scared and intimidated.

This is the angle the Ring camera video at 1 Meadows Ave would've shown of Karen Read's car arriving back after dropping John O'Keefe off at Brian Albert's house. Her right tail light (left in this photo) would've been visible enough to see if it was in the same condition that it was when it was photographed in the Sallyport garage. If it was in the same condition (destroyed) then State Police could've used it to convict an alleged cop killer. The State Police undeniably possessed this tape, and now it is gone. If it were broken they would've used it to convict her. If it wasn't broken it would've forced them to drop the charges against Karen and pursue the real killers. These people covered up the murder of a cop. Never, ever forget that.

How was this not brought up at trial? How has Michael Proctor not been charged by the Feds? How am I seeing this for the first time on @BoozeyBeauty Twitter? Why was Trooper Dicicco not called as a witness at trial? Just to review:

- There is no Ring video of Karen Read arriving at 1 Meadows Ave
- If there was a video it would indisputably show the condition of Karen Read's taillight AFTER she left 34 Fairview Road, and BEFORE she backed into the Chevy Traverse
- This video would conclusively prove if Karen Read broke her taillight backing into the Traverse OR hitting John O'Keefe with her car
- Peggy O'Keefe and the antis believe the dastardly Karen Read deleted Ring video of her arriving home at 12:41 because it shows she had a broken tail light, despite the fact that she did not have the ability to do so
- Michael Proctor testified that he didn't delete any of the Ring video from 1 Meadows Ave
- Trooper Dicicco's notes show that he reviewed a Ring video from 1 Meadows Ave of Karen Read's vehicle at 12:41 AM, meaning Karen didn't delete it and the State Police possessed this video
- Trooper Dicicco gave these notes to Proctor, who did not mention the 12:41 video in his report
- Proctor testified that the 12:41 time from Dicicco's notes could be from a different date, but yet his notes are in sequential order, and the notes that come after 12:41 directly align with events from later on 1/29/22
- This video is now gone

Why did the defense not call Trooper Dicicco? How is this not enough evidence to indict SOMEONE at the MSP for deleting evidence that could exonerate OR convict Karen Read?

They did John O'Keefe so dirty.

There is a lot of misinformation out there. AFKR claims that I intimidated Lucky into lying about seeing a Ford Edge but no body on the lawn. FKR supporters who hate me claim that Karen found him and I played no part in it. But the fact of the matter is that Lucky ghosted Karen Read's defense team in March of 2022 because he was intimidated by the Canton mafia, and they had no idea if he would be a witness for her at trial. That changed when I began relentlessly investigating the case. I couldn't use any information Karen gave me, so I had to find Lucky on my own and made him feel safe and protected to tell the truth. If I hadn't done that Lucky Loughran's testimony may have sounded more like Kelly Dever's.

I knew it was a cover-up ever since April 18, 2023, but until reading the lucky interview when it first came out, I hadn’t fully grasped just how corrupt they really were.
