@zhenech@aptituz @hotkey78 We create release notes from conventional commits internally, and we release automatically, but for a bigger, public project, you need someone to edit the release notes when they perform the release.
@zhenech@aptituz @hotkey78 Conventional Commits can express which changes are relevant to users through the various types, but there is no mechanism to indicate that you want to “squash” several commits into one item in the release notes, essentially.
REST is NOT a reward.
It’s a neurobiological imperative that doesn’t need to be earned.
The PARADOX: resting is painful when NOT resting is a way to avoid pain.
Start small and expand your window of tolerance…30 seconds, then a minute, etc.
NO rest is too little.
