Homeroom/Advisory ideas!: personalize small gifts for the students with a small note explaining the gift—how it pertains to them. Daiso has great back to school times for really low prices. A small investment in your students goes a long way! #mxhernandez

First day of class activity: have students write three things they did over the summer on a white sheet of paper. Have them crumple the paper & toss it gently into the center of the circle their in. Everyone student irons out the snowballs and reads their peers list outloud!
