I don’t personally think its a problem whether you play it in order but a lot of DR hinges on you knowing UT and your expectations being subverted so I get why others do

I think Yuki and Amamiya fit them better

Kotone, Minako, and Hamuko are all cute and fit the char. I like all 3 but prefer Kotone for the Koto synergy

Pharah absolutely needs to be recast and honestly the fact it hasn’t happened sooner is most likely just contractual obligations.
It just sucks that if they end up recasting, grifters will be annoying about it. Hell, they already have been. Replies were locked for a reason

I think if these three were cast now, they’d be accurate to their ethnicity. However, Keith Silverstein still sells the accent, Jonny Cruz learned portuguese for Lucio, and Carolina Ravassa speaks spanish so it’s not as bad as having someone who speaks no arabic play an Egyptian

@itsneoneo @Sh0gunyan torb, lucio and sombra are the first examples who come to mind .... i think those heroes wouldve been casted differently if they released now. i don't think anyone would earnestly push for recasts for them tho bc 1) they're beloved and 2) unproblematic, the way we are pharah tho

@raddicalscrub @Owarida139 Fair, I do think generally JRPGs as much as I love them tend to not have many characters with melanin or somehow do less than the bare minimum in representing them
I dont feel this is a particularly malicious instance since they’re grey due to millions of years spent underground
