A trader who recently started trading full time emailed me this morning sharing how frustrated he got yesterday after sitting in front of his screens all day without taking a single trade, hence not making a single dollar in profits!
But that's employee thinking.π€
EMPLOYEES get paid for showing up, if they produce value or not they still get paid for their TIME! β²οΈ
TRADERS on the other hand: We get paid ACCORDING TO SKILL. βοΈ
SKILL includes
- understanding what makes markets move
- ability to read price action
- concluding the potential direction of the next move
- timing of entries & exits
- doing what we say we would do = discipline
- staying focused on our job!
The market doesn't pay you wages because you showed up. βοΈ
Every day, 1000s of profitable trades are taken across different markets and timeframes.
If you can't find and skilfully execute at least 10 quality setups, don't complain, simply get to work and get better!ποΈββοΈποΈββοΈ
@MPX_Trader π€£π€£ questioning Linda? Poor ICT kids. They should try reading the market wizards books. If they are even capable of reading π . With that 30 seconds attention span. π€£
