🎙️ From the Judges' Table, Ep. 1
A Stablecorp podcast with @colosseum judges, for teams shipping at Crypto World's Fair.
Building is cheap now. Your agent can crank out a smart contract in an afternoon. So what actually separates the teams that win?
@10KRotator down with @andyweng_ from @magicblock, who was one of our judges back when Stablecorp was just a pitch, to ask what he looks for when judging.
What he shared:
🎯 Founder-market fit comes first: Does it make sense for you to be building this? Deep financial products have quirks outsiders miss. Build where you have an unfair understanding of the problem.
💡 A request for startups: A perps design with 1000x leverage and no slippage, where everyone trades against a central pool. When the pool runs dry, you get a receipt token that's paid out as fees come in. Unproven, but if it works, it changes the game. Andy wants to see someone build it on Solana.
🚀 First users matter: MagicBlock's Quests program funds incentives to get your first hundred users. We've used it ourselves.
🗣️ GTM matters more than ever: When the tech is easy to ship, the story is what's scarce: why this problem exists, why you're the one to solve it, told in a way people get in seconds.
His advice for the hackathon: put the coding agents down for a bit. Do the research. Tell a great story.
Thanks @andyweng_ , and thanks @magicblock for one of the best Founders Camps we've been to.

Welcome aboard, @tabdotmarkets 🤝
US entity, banking and stablecoin invoicing, all set up so the team can stay focused on the product.
Thanks for the kind words @allanation428. Big things ahead for the @MonkeFoundry cohort.
https://t.co/MJlXBCa8El is officially set up with @myStableCorp
US entity, banking and stablecoin invoicing in one place, so we can spend our time on the product instead of paperwork.
Huge shoutout to the Stablecorp team for making it painless.
🎙️ From the Judges’ Table, Ep. 2
A Stablecorp podcast with @colosseum judges, for teams shipping at Crypto World’s Fair.
Hackathons end. Startups don’t. So how do you build something a judge wants to back past demo day?
@10KRotator sat down with @pattiruss_, lead of @SuperteamDE and formerly head of Google Startups. She has judged @myStableCorp more times than we can count and given us feedback every round.
What she shared:
🎯 Founder Market Fit: Most founders pivot at least a few times, so the idea you start with is rarely the one you scale. She looks for founder-market fit: have you lived the problem you’re solving?
📣 Distribution is the edge: Anyone can put an MVP together with AI now. Knowing how to get your first users is what stands out.
🐕 Grit: As @mattytay from Colosseum puts it: does the founder have that dog in them?
💡 What she wants to see built:
→ Products for people who aren’t natively onchain, connecting onchain finance to everyday life
→ Tokenizing an asset class that isn’t onchain yet
→ Stablecoin tools for businesses
🇩🇪 On her radar from Superteam Germany: Restock, Overcompute and Trusset.
Her advice for the hackathon: don’t treat this as the final sprint of a hackathon. Treat it as the beginning of your startup.
Want Patty’s feedback on what you’re building? Drop a comment with your project and where you’re stuck. We’ll pass the most specific ones to her.
Thanks @pattiruss_ , and thanks @SuperteamDE for backing builders like us from day one.

Two days. 20 teams. A lot of building.
Our @Solana_zh Mini Hacker House in Singapore brought together builders, mentors, and friends from across the Solana ecosystem for two days of shipping, feedback, and demos.
Co-hosted by @SafePal@QuickNode. @AWS_HongKong@elfa_ai@Gus_Nobody@KASTxyz@OrbitAI_OAI@seegrowthhq
Huge thanks to our mentors @10KRotator@vibegrower@jonasXchen and Vinson for spending the day with our builders, and to everyone who built, shared feedback, and made the room feel alive.
See you at the next one.
